During the design process we considered all of the above questions and allowed them to guide our efforts with the Design Committee.

• The design forms are "village like" and simple. The materials selected will allow their beauty to dominate. By reducing the distinction between interior and exterior and making the homes one with the site and its’ surrounds, the design allows the homes to merge with the living, natural environment.
• Suburbia lacks social networks, as they became dormitories on cul-de-sacs. We are designing a community with many places to interact with fellow residents indoor and outdoor, and also provide for the privacy necessary for peace and quiet when desired.
